ABR®, Accredited Buyer Representative – The mark of excellence in comprehensive buyer representation services and expertise. (Requirements)

CRS®, Certified Residential Specialist® - The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. It recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. CRS® Designees are experienced REALTORS® who complete advanced training in listing and selling, and meet rigorous production requirements.

GRI®, Graduate Realtor® Institute - Members primarily involved in residential real estate wanting to increase their knowledge and skills in a broad array of technical subjects and the fundamentals of real estate participate in the REALTOR® Institute, graduate program to earn the GRI designation. The program also provides opportunities to develop important business contacts. The GRI is a nationally recognized designation of the National Association of Realtors®. (Requirements)

Performance Management Network- This designation is unique to the REALTOR® family designations, emphasizing that in order to enhance your business, you must enhance yourself. It focuses on negotiating strategies and tactics, networking and referrals, business planning and systems, personal performance management and  leadership development. Presented by Women's Council of REALTORS®.  PMN designation requirements include a combination of WCR membership, course work, and referral transactions.  For more information, CLICK HERE.

Specialty Education 
The RAR Real Estate School regularly offers classes geared towards the commercial practitioners, property managers and appraisers.
