The RAR Real Estate School ensures that our members have the opportunity to submit feedback after every class. We appreciate your feedback and look for ways to improve your class experience.

Recently, we have received numerous comments concerning members disrupting classes by arriving as much as 15 minutes past the class start time. In order to minimize class disruption, the RAR Board of Directors approved a change to the RAR Real Estate School education policies.

Effective September 3, 2018, sign-in and admission for all RAR and CVR MLS classes will end five (5) minutes after the published class start time. We ask our members to allow enough travel time for traffic, parking and other circumstances. If you have any questions concerning this policy update, you may call 804.422.5000 for further assistance.

The full text of the updated attendance policy can be found below:

Attendance (effective 09/03/18)
All RAR and CVR MLS classes will begin promptly at the published start time. Class sign-in and admission will end five (5) minutes after the published start time. There will be no refunds issued for members arriving more than 5 minutes past the published class start time. A member who is denied class admission due to late arrival may transfer the fee to register for another class. All substitute registrations must be made the day of the missed class. Substitute registrations are limited to a single future class registration. Students who spend an excessive amount of time outside of the classroom once the class is in session may be denied credit for the class at the sole discretion of the RAR Real Estate School. Reasonable accommodation can be arranged for students with special needs. Accommodation requests must be submitted to the Real Estate School two (2) business days prior to the class start date.
