The Broker Pre-Licensure Fast Track fulfills the first step of the broker license application process with 180 hours of education over a three-month period.

These condensed courses are ideal for busy real estate professionals who are ready to complete the Virginia Real Estate Broker education requirements with a combination of home study and in-classroom instruction. Each course offers 45 hours of pre-licensing credit.

After each course, students must complete a multiple choice exam (Broker Law, Broker Finance and Broker Property Management) or presentation (Broker Management) on a prescheduled exam date.
