The Broker Pre-Licensure Fast Track fulfills the first step of the broker license application process with 180 hours of education over a three-month period. These condensed courses are ideal for busy real estate professionals who are ready to complete the Virginia Real Estate Broker education requirements with a combination of home study and in-classroom instruction.
