This class is split over two days.
This core course is the foundation of the ABR® designation program. This course focuses on the key skills and information needed to successfully represent buyer-clients at every stage of the home buying process. REALTORS® who earn the ABR® designation demonstrate a commitment to protecting the interests of real estate buyers. You will:
- Understand and demonstrate your value to today’s buyer
- Learn how to position yourself for success in educating your client, showing properties and formulating and negotiating offers
- Acquire the skills and resources to help buyers find the right property at the right terms and price in a dynamic real estate market
Upon completing the two-day course and successfully passing the exam, you will have achieved ABR® candidate status, a three-year period during which you must fulfill the educational and experiential requirements to become an ABR® designee.
