This workshop will give you a unique, hands-on experience and insight into preparation and negotiations of residential purchase agreements based on hypothetical criteria while utilizing the CVR MLS Purchase Agreement and related forms. In this session you will learn how to:
- Draft, modify and critique purchase offers
- Participate in simulated negotiations of offers and counter offers
- Learn common drafting and negotiating errors and how to avoid them
