Learn how to interact with new home builders and sales representatives to protect clients’ interests while developing productive business relationships. Topics covered include:

• Buyer agent’s role in a new home construction purchase
• The step-by-step process from groundbreaking to closing
• The unique components of new home construction purchase agreements
