This class is split over two days.
This course is the main requirement for the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification and is an approved elective for the Accredited Buyer’s Representative® (ABR®) designation and the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation. In this course, you will learn how to:
- Select appropriate comparables (and make accurate adjustments) for use in developing home price opinions
- Guide sellers and buyers through the details of CMAs and the underlying pricing principles that inform them
- Interact effectively with appraisers
