RAR manages the Central Virginia Regional Multiple Listing Service, an MLS serving over 6,000 REALTORS® in sixteen jurisdictions.

RAR Application & Other Forms

  • Download and complete the appropriate application. Please make sure your application is complete; we are unable to process incomplete applications.

  • Email the application to membership@RARealtors.com. Your new member account will be invoiced application fees. Payment can be submitted securely through your member account online.

  • Applications received after 3:00 PM will be processed the following business day. You will receive a welcome email confirming the date of your Orientation class after payment is submitted.

In order to become a REALTOR® member, you must be a licensed real estate agent, broker or appraiser in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Agents must also be affiliated with a REALTOR® member firm.

CVR MLS Application & Other Forms

  • Email the application to accountservices@cvrmls.com. Your new account will be invoiced application fees. Payment can be submitted securely through your member account online.

  • Applications received after 3:00 PM will be processed the following business day. You will receive a welcome email containing your MLS access credentials within one business day after payment is submitted.
