Kaitie is the Member Services Director for the Richmond Association of Realtors. In her role, she serves as the primary advocate for RAR’s members. She provides strategy, leadership and direction for continuous improvement of member services, support, and engagement initiatives.
Kaitie is a Richmond native, and earned her bachelor’s degree at Virginia Tech. Her previous roles in retail management fostered her passion for leading teams and providing high-quality client services.
In her free time, you can find Kaitie spending time with her family, searching for her next treasure at a local antique shop, or catching up on her reading list.
