As of July 1, 2026, Paragraph 24G in the CVR MLS Purchase Agreement contains updated language regarding wood infestation. Certification of Mold Remediation Professionals
In 2024, the Virginia Consumer Protection Act was updated to require firms and individuals who provide mold remediation services to be certified by a nationally or internationally recognized certifying body for mold remediation.
