RAR’s Broker Pre-Licensure Fast Track starts up in September. These condensed courses are ideal for busy real estate professionals who are ready to tackle the education credits required to become a Licensed Broker in Virginia.

- Each course provides 45 hours of the 180 required hours pre-licensing credit.
- Classes are a combination of home study and classroom instruction.
- The program begins September 8 and runs through December.
- Course topics include Broker Law, Broker Finance, Real Estate Brokerage and Broker Appraisal
- The $300 fee for each course includes a textbook and study materials.
