Thanksgiving Notes for Seniors

This creative and remote volunteer opportunity is great for individuals and groups looking to help the elderly in our community. We are asking volunteers to write Thanksgiving cards to Better Housing Coalition’s (BHC) senior residents to help combat isolation by spreading care and kindness throughout our affordable housing communities.

Now through Friday, Oct 22

How to participate:

Volunteers can make or purchase cards and write encouraging notes. Participants should drop off completed cards to RAR by Friday, Oct. 22; please leave your business card with your notes if you’d like to receive a thank you and updates about the project. Cards will be distributed to BHC residents the week prior to Thanksgiving.
