Brandi Snowden is the lead researcher on the NAR Real Estate in a Digital Age report, the NAR Technology Report, and the NAR Profile of Home Staging Report. She examines how REALTORS® use technology in their daily business, general REALTOR® technology usage, and the effectiveness of home staging.

Chief Economist
For nearly two decades, Ryan has honed his knowledge of Virginia’s economy and housing market in a variety of roles in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Ryan leads a team of researchers that focuses on housing market trends in Virginia and the economic and demographic factors that move the market. Ryan received a master’s degree in urban and regional planning from Virginia Tech and a bachelor’s degree in finance from James Madison University.
