The Richmond REALTORS® Political Action Committee endorsed three candidates in three different races this year.

Eddie Whitlock earned RPAC’s endorsement in 72nd House of Delegates district. He exhibits a wealth of experience and ease in dealing with difficult industry specific topics. In Henrico’s Brookland District, Courtney Lynch received RPAC’s endorsement. She embodies the spirit of Henrico’s motto: “Proud of our progress. Excited about our future.” It is apparent that Ms. Lynch seeks smart, innovative, and collaborative solutions to address the County’s challenges and opportunities. Finally, the RPAC Trustees endorsed Cindy Menz-Erb’s candidacy for the Richmond City School Board in the 3rd District. Ms. Menz-Erb was selected by the current Board members to replace Jeff Bourne, following his election to the Virginia House of Delegates. Her experience as the executive director of a non-profit working in New York City Public Schools provides her with knowledge and skills that will be an asset to the Richmond School Board.
