Danielle Harris serves as Member Services Manager at the Richmond Association of REALTORS®, where she supports the Member Services team in delivering exceptional member experiences.

With more than a decade of experience in member engagement, community partnerships, and events, Danielle has built her career helping mission-driven organizations grow and thrive. Prior to joining the Association, she served as Director of Member Engagement, Community Partnerships and Events at the Weinstein JCC, where she drove all aspects of membership programming.

A graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Danielle also serves as the Brookland District representative for both the Henrico County Grievance Panel and Henrico County Criminal Justice Board.  She is passionate about serving and advocating for others in her community.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys cycling, holiday decorating, baking cookie cakes, spending time with her family, and relaxing at home with her three dogs, Remy, Jewel, and Ellie.
