As the Organizational Development and Learning Senior Associate at Richmond Association of REALTORS®, Kayla support internal and external learning, process documentation, knowledge resources, onboarding materials, and adoption practices that help teams work clearly, consistently, and effectively.
A Richmond native, Kayla brings a deep connection to the local community and a strong foundation in education. Before joining RAR, she spent seven years as an elementary school teacher, honing in on her communication, organization, and instructional design skills. Her background in teaching directly informs her work at RAR, where she brings a learner-centered mindset and a passion for making information accessible, engaging, and effective.
Outside of work, Kayla loves spending time with her husband and young son, doing DIY house projects, and visiting a good farmer’s market. She’s an avid reader, a dedicated cat mom, and self-proclaimed foodie that’ll never turn down the chance to try new recipes.
