Kelsey began working in the real estate industry in 2015, joining the Richmond Association of REALTORS® in a digital communications role. Her prior experience includes roles with the Department of Defense and software companies, spanning telecommunications software and a health services start-up.
She is a double Hokie who received her B.A. in Communications and MBA from Virginia Tech.
In 2026, Kelsey is serving on the ChamberRVA board’s Executive Committee as Richmond Business Council Chair. She enjoys volunteering for social causes and was President of YWLA, a board of YWCA Richmond, in 2023.
