Kelsey Croston is the Chief Operations Officer of the Richmond Association of REALTORS®.
Kelsey has 9 years of Association experience. Her prior work includes roles with the Department of Defense and software companies, including a start-up. In 2024, Kelsey is the Immediate Past President of YWLA, a board of YWCA Richmond.
Kelsey received her B.A. in Communications from Virginia Tech.
