Gracie is the Vice President of Programs & Communications at RAR, leading the strategic direction and implementation of our programmatic efforts and member communications. She manages programs such as the Leadership Development Academy and the Circle of Excellence. She also serves as staff liaison to the Programs Committee and the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. Gracie serves as the instructor for RAR New Member Orientation and oversees the Association’s learning platform.

Gracie has been certified in Fair Housing by the Virginia Fair Housing Office since 2018 and has been an approved Fair Housing instructor by the Virginia Real Estate Board since 2022.

Gracie earned her Bachelor’s degree from Christopher Newport University. She has a background in corporate volunteerism & grantmaking as well as state agency public relations. Gracie is a Richmond native and resides in the city.

Random Facts about Gracie:

  • Outside of the office, she is an award-winning ceramicist who makes wheel-thrown vases, bowls and other pottery
  • She regularly officiates weddings as a civil celebrant for family & close friends
  • She volunteers as a judge for the Richmond Region Speech & Debate Initiative and as a reader for Virginia Voice
