Kaitlyn is the Governmental Affairs Manager for the Richmond Association of Realtors. In her role, she works to represent member interests and influence policies
that shape the real estate landscape. Her prior experience includes leading and consulting for political campaigns and serving as the Primary Legislative Aide for a Virginia Senator.
She is a Double Hoo who received her B.A. in Government and her Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Virginia.
Outside of work, Kaitlyn loves spending time with her fiancé, going to as much live music as possible, and reading lots of books.
