Serina serves as a Member Services Specialist. Her key responsibilities are assisting members with lockboxes, coordinating the REALTOR® Store, and processing membership forms and applications.

Serina is a Richmond native and grew up in the Maymont area. She has previously served in our US Armed Forces. Along with her husband, she is a leader in Ministry and has been for over 10 years.
